Idle Hands Experience is a mobile bar for weddings, corporate events, private parties and public events in Calgary. We bring the bar, the bartenders and a cocktail menu made for your event.
What we do
What does a mobile bar include?
You pick the date and the place. We set up a full bar on site, serve your guests all night, then pack it all away.
Every booking starts with a conversation about the event, the crowd and the kind of drinks you like. From there we build a short cocktail menu, plan quantities, and handle the setup and service on the night, so the only thing you need to do is enjoy it.

Bright and a little floral, built for the first round of the night.

- How much does a mobile bar cost in Calgary?
- It depends on the guest count, how many hours the bar is open, the menu and whether the event is private or public. Send us the details and we'll reply with a custom quote.
- Do I need a liquor licence for my event?
- Most events in Alberta where alcohol is served need a special event licence from AGLC. Private and public events use different licences. Our services page explains how each one works, and we'll help you sort it out when you book.
- Can you make a cocktail for our wedding or brand?
- Yes. Every event gets its own menu, and a signature drink named after the couple or the company is one of the most popular requests.
